No luck, I
- Updated everything, including windows
- Reset the app
- Ran the Troubleshooter
- ran wsreset.exe
None of these helped. Whatsoever ideas?

Thanks for reaching out to us and responding. We appreciate your efforts and want to help every bit best as nosotros can. I was looking into this issue and found that someone else had the same affair happen. They said " I redownloaded and reinstalled the Xbox app and the Xbox Identity provider via the windows shop with a footling help from the powershell app to sort out the Microsoft shop."
Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:
1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
two. Correct-click, and so select Run as administrator.
iii. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Go- AppxPackage * xboxapp * | Remove- AppxPackage
four. Hit Enter.
5. Launch Windows Shop and download Xbox App.
Equally for the Identity portion:
1. Copy the link provided Xbox Ident ity provider .
two. When you lot copy and paste the link open it in Microsoft Store.
3. Install the app and then launch Xbox App
four. information technology should inquire you to sign in over again completely.

No luck, I am in the same state of affairs as before. My account cannot sign in, simply another account can. It looks like the Identity provider is already installed also

After researching online, I came beyond these troubleshooting steps within our customs for the consequence that you're describing.
[ Direct Link: Can't sign into Xbox App 0x80070520 ]
- Open File Explorer .
- Navigate to the following:
- C:\Users\[your contour]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker
- Delete the Accounts and Cache folders.
- Try the Xbox app again.
