Horrible experience
The tips are to exist signed in before your event tickets go Onsale. However, upon getting on my app, I had to "verify" it was me earlier I could go along to the queue even though I was signed in. I had tried to look upwards to come across if the tickets I was attempting to buy were function of the VIP package, so when I was done reading the extra info, I clicked the "Ten" on the pop upwardly and it COMPLETELY took me out of the whole trying to find tickets expanse when I was taking part in a presale and had already waited behind 1000 people. I had to restart. Had to FOR SOME reason "authenticate" myself 5 more times because it wouldn't permit me into queue until I did that as information technology was trying to say I was already apart of the sale to go tickets, even so I couldn't get to the tickets! Of course by the time I get back in- I had to wait behind another 500 people and prices were jacked upwardly when I had already previously selected tickets at a reasonable price! I'm so mad I could throw my telephone! This has happened to me previously before too where I become kicked out and take to and so sign in once more for trying to go out out of a "more than info" area on what I'one thousand trying to buy. What is the purpose of telling people to already be signed in when it wants to "authenticate" you Likewise?!!!
App is Bad Website is Even Worse
So, I log onto Ticketmaster to buy 2 tickets to an upcoming concert. Notice the show no problem get the tickets I want no problem. When it comes to placing the social club it says, yous must log on to utilize express checkout payment method. Oops on me, forgot to log on. And then I log back on and 'Identify Society' and it tells me the same affair. Okay. Let me close the browser and delete all cookies because the website is dumb. Did all of that and try again. Sign into my account and go to 'Place Lodge' still the same error.
Okay maybe I'thousand an idiot. Let's effort from the phone. Go go onto the app, where I'm signed into my business relationship, see the show I desire to purchase tickets for. What do you know?? Clicked the show I want and it only gives me a blank white screen for 15 minutes.
Alright and then know I have to attempt to speak to customer service. I click through everything and when I get to the Contact Us page there's numerous ways to attempt to contact them, email, letter, alive conversation, numbers for already purchased tickets, and a Call Us section. Practise you recollect they left their customer service number nether the Phone call Is section??? Nope they did not. And then onto of all the extra coin I take to spend per ticket, their website and app does not function properly. If you tin stay away from ever using this monopoly to purchase tickets.In the stop I created a faux e-mail so I could log on and purchase my 2 tickets. I guess if you want everything to work simply keep making simulated emails.
Literally the WORST company
I purchased tickets to the No Shame 5SOS bout that was supposed to exist concluding month, merely the bout got cancelled dorsum in July. I got the email about the cancellation and they said I would automatically take a refund processed for my tickets because there was to be no consequence. I get redirected to the aforementioned BS articles answering questions that don't help one flake. I am just and then frustrated at the lack of communication and the utter disregard for their customers during this fourth dimension right now. I would sympathize if in that location was a loftier volume of customers requesting refunds, I get information technology I work in client service myself, merely to not even provide any sort of updates! My account just has the event under "past events" with CANCELLED over information technology, but other than that absolutely no relevant information. I am out close to $500 and take nothing to fifty-fifty testify for it at this indicate. Accept some humility! I wouldn't recommend Ticketmaster even if my life depended on information technology at this point.
